By accessing and using ChatSimulator Pro ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

ChatSimulator Pro is a web-based application that allows users to create realistic WhatsApp-style chat conversations for various purposes including but not limited to:

• Content creation and social media marketing
• Educational materials and training
• App development mockups and prototypes
• Legal documentation and evidence presentation
• Customer support training materials

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

5. Subscription and Payment Terms

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal through your account settings page.

A valid payment method, including credit card, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and valid payment method information.

6. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial for new users. The free trial allows you to test our Service with limited features and usage quotas. At the end of the free trial period, you will be charged the applicable subscription fee unless you cancel before the trial period ends.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ChatSimulator Pro Inc. and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You retain ownership of any content you create using our Service. However, by using our Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our Service.
